Spring Schedule

Bike rides take place Tuesday and Thursday mornings from April through December, weather permitting (no riding in rain).  Starting times range from 8:00 a.m. in the summer to 11:00 a.m. in spring and fall.  Rides are moderately paced, averaging 12 MPH and 10 to 25 miles in length with several stops.  Terrain varies from flat (Cape Cod Rail trail) to hilly (Province Lands Trail).     Reminders and updates will be sent weekly via e-mail.

Helmets are mandatory, and mirrors and spare inner tube are recommended.  It is also suggested that you ride a couple times before your first group ride to be sure that your bike is in good operating condition and your seat is adjusted comfortably; and, that as necessary, you've had annual tune-up.  Your tires should be inflated properly.
