THE GRAND
MT. WASHINGTON INN TRIP
JAN. 27 to FEB. 1, 2008
AN EXPERIENCE YOU WON’T
WANT TO MISS
EVEN IF YOU DON’T SKI
We have an excellent room rate for which we have had to guarantee a minimum
of a three night stay. This rate is for the room and not per person, so if
you are coming with a friend it is an even better deal. It is $109.00 per
room, per night.
There is a wide variety of meal options
(a) The Main Dining Room offers fine
dining.
1. A lavish breakfast buffet - Group rate $15.00 pp - non-group
$18.00pp
2. Dinner is a four course meal
with musical accompaniment and dancing between
courses if desired. Jackets are required for men. Ladies dressy.
Group $50.00pp Non-group $60.00
(b) Casual dining is
offered in a restored Railroad Station on the premises.
(c) There is a Pub called
“The Cave” in the main building
(d) Nine dining facilities
in all so there is something for every taste.
All rates are subject to 8% N.H. room and meal tax with a Gratuity of 20% on
the meals.
We are planning a Group Wine Party (cash bar) on Sunday evening. We will be
given an overview of the facilities and how to use them.
We would like to have everyone dine together in the dining room the first
evening.
After that it is up to you whichever you prefer.
If you plan to eat in the Main Dining room, the Inn would like to set up a
reservation
system with us in advance either as a group or as individuals.

Last year
was our second visit to the Landgrove Inn and it was unanimously
successful!
In summary, the highlights
of Landgrove are: a warm, congenial gathering place for before and
after dining, excellent meals, Nauset Newcomers will be the only guests
staying at the Inn, and most
importantly, there is a resident Inn keeper who has demonstrated a
sincere effort to please and make welcome the NNC group. With on
premises, groomed X/C ski trails and easy access to Okemo for down-hill
skiers, the location is convenient for the majority of members who have
attended in years past. Check out the Inn at
http://www.landgroveinn.com/
We expect a large demand for the limited rooms available (18) so make
your reservations early. Contact Jack Child at
jakchild@gis.net .
